G35 lug pattern is 5-114, same as FD, so if FD wheels bolt up, so will these. Offset, however, is a different question. One to which I don't have an answer, but offset can be juggled a bit with spacers, depending on which way it needs to go.

I thought S5 NA was a 4x100 pattern?

nope, FCs have 5 lug wheels
