Tourble Installing Rear Rb Sway

trouble with rear RB sway
hey guys, im installing my racing beat sway and im trying to put it on the loose setting. the hole closest to the end of the bar, the looser setting of the two, makes the endlink pivot tward the front of the car and rest on the shock body of my stock suspension (until my coilovers come in). i figure its pretty bad that the endlink is touching the shock, so im posing asking for help. right now the suspension is compresed because i am putting preload on the swaybar when installing. also i called RB's cheif engineer Jim, who was a nice guy, but didnt understand my question at all. could it be that i installed the sway bar the wrong way (put the little V notch on the passsanger side instead of the driver side?) sorry for the basic question, just need help
thanks,
russell

No the V notch goes on the passenger side. I don't see how it would touch though. From what you are saying I would try to put the wheels on, put the car on the ground, and then look to see if it touches. If it does, I have no clue, never seen that problem before
