KAAZ is a clutch type diff right? Is there a chance of burning a plate?

That is really weird. Is the a diff specialist or something you could take it to? Maybe they could look at it for you.

Something was definately wrong with your car when I rode in it. Did the noise go away as soon as you put the new diff in?

Maybe the twisting force of the driveline and ppf just riped the case apart. You should try haveing the case cryo treated or something.

Did the RE diff vibrate and make noise like poping sounds when under sharp turns like the Kazz does. Also, do you have to change the fluid every 3K or so like the Kazz???

it didn't make any noise before i broke the diff casing. after i broke the diff casing i was getting wheel on low speed turns. i think the clutches in the diff were stuck and locking up. you DON'T HAVE TO CHANGE the fluid every 3k miles. it is basically like a TII diff inside. i would say change it once a year

Maybe the old diff wasn't shimmed or preloaded right or something? It could have been binding and thats why it sounded like hell?
