TEIN and JIC

Aragostas are worth the money. They're commonly available in single adjustable and can be had in double adjustable version as well for about 335-350,000 Yen. Not cheap, about the same price as Ohlins SPL, but worth the money. The hard core roadrace guys in Japan love them. If I have the company's history correct, they're a Danish company with engineers from Ohlins. OEM quality in terms of long term usage and they bolt right in. 45mm pistons too.
I have the Tein HA's. I believe they've upgraded the materials used for the threads on the shock body (for height adjustment). I've had no issues with turning the collars as of yet. I've had them for about 9 months. For the money, the HA's can't be beat. You can usually find them for about $950 shipped to your door. I don't use their upper mounts, just stock.

amp.....I think that's a picture of my JIC strug you posted up there. Hehe...that's funny jus readin through a post and seeing you're own part up there. Anyways...I am in love with the JIC FLT-A2. It completely changed the handlling characteristics of my car. And I didn't even go from stock. I switched from a tokico 5-way adjustable w/ racing beat springs to the JIC FLT-A2. It was like chocolate and ****. There was no comparison between the two. If you are really serious about how your car handles, then a true coilover system is a must. I'm sure the other coilover systems are good, but I have no experience with them. The JIC however, I took out on a road course last weekend and became even more impressed with this suspension after pushin it to the limit. I watched some videos of the laps afterwards, my car apperas to have no body roll what so ever, when I go to turn, the car just turns. ALl the other cars were leaning over to the side, getting a wheel off the ground sometimes. That might look cool, but with that much body roll, you're not going anywhere. I"d say go w/ the JIC
