Roll bars

I don't personally have a roll bar, but one should definitely stiffen the whole car up a bit, helping with hard cornering and such. Really though, in my opinion you should only get one if you're planning on doing serious drag racing or AutoX.

jon you might need one just to run the track, if you car is ever finished
