ordered the nitto 555R II's 275/40/17 for my 17x9.5 racing beat rims. i will be daily driving on these tires and racing on them. it will make my life easier since i don't have to swap rims when i go racing! i got a SUPER deal on them from discount tire direct also. i can't wait to get them and put them on with my new mcgard locking lug nuts



i should notice an immediate difference from my kumho 712's i had been using on the street in the rear...

Now wtf, didn't you say those tires suck? And provide no traction???? I read that in the thread titled, Nitto 555....

 

maybe you need to read it again. i said the 555 suck! the 555R's are great except in the rain

 

a little tire slip will keep you from breaking so many parts in the future.

i just got an email from them. we don't reccomend 275/40/17 only 265/40/17 . i told them just send them. they will fit!

vosko- the only size I see is the P275/40ZR17.. so, what other sizes do they sell? And the speed ratings.. are you getting the Z, W or Y?
