I can't even describe how well these coil overs work....they're DRAG coil overs...they'll improve launch like you wouldn't believe. Your ass end will drop, tires will plant and your hole shotted out...

With the right tires, these things are a drag racers dream.

I tought the had helper springs? And yea, the HKS are really designed for drag launches. Dunno how good that would be on a road course.

Ihor, the HKS Hipermax II is for road course type use.

Conventional drag shocks/springs are not meant for street use even, car is very difficult to control around corners.

The Camel - How do the HKS drag shocks compare to a conventional 90/10 drag shock anyway? Is the travel as exaggerated?

These have rebound settings on these so that if you increase it, you'll have "better" cornering...still not circuit type suspension.

I remember reading in a Option a while back they tested normal suspension vs drag. With the HKS drag they knocked a second off the 1/4 mile time.

They are really hard to find used in Japan, impossiable in the states!

And you know what's funny...I bought my FD with them on...and I didn't even know they were that bad ass!

lmfao...I didn't know about them until IGY said something about Head(Scott) having them and how well they launched. IGY was like WTF???? and so we tested it and low and behold...they were HKS drag.

I love paying $0.00 for the best drag suspension!

Nice! Your azz will squat and your nose will pop up (with enough power) Jspec, can the car still turn reasonably?
