will there be a width difference in the lip for the 18x8, and 18x9? or will they be the same?

The lip has to be bigger by nature. the 18x9 +40 should have a .697" larger lip than the 18.8 +45.

doesnt HAVE to be bigger.. there are plenty of wheels out there with lip's that are the same, but they are different widths

Well, provided that the spoke design doesn't change.. it'll be bigger.

the reason i think otherwise is becuase MI is responsible for 50% of the rice in F&F and we all know ricers dont care about wheel widths..

i like these.

17" 13.51 lbs

18" 14.51 lbs

19" 15 lbs

and these, but they dont list their weight.

but you cant beat those MI ones as far as price. i was at a swap meet and the had the centerlines RPMs for 900 bucks(in 17x7 trim), regular price is like 1200 to 1500, i think.

Those centerlines are nice, but they are not availble in 18x8.
