I recently purchased a set of wheels online from a member on another forum. Well, the wheels arrived with scratches on the sides. (about 4 or 5 deep ones per wheel ~ 1" per scracth) Anyway, I can not get ahold of the guy who sent them now and now I have nice rims....but with some (in my opinion ) bad damage. Is there anyway to fix this????

If the scratches are on the lip/edge of the rim then you can just have the lip machined back to original condition. If they are actually in the side of the rim then you can try and have them polished to get them out.

They are pretty deep on the lip and inside the dish. I will try to get some place to host the images so you can see.

I am soooo sad...these were my new GTCs.

What kind of shop can do the buffing and machineing?

Lets see some pics, but most wheel shops can fix just about anything. Just look under wheel refinishing in the phone book

Dude you can barely notice that ****. I know you paid some serious cash for these but they are used rims and unless you're staring right at the scratch or nick you can't see them.
