vendor directions wont provide you with specific settings...
best to take it to a tuner.... or take her to a track and adjust..
shouldnt be drivin on the street aggressively to begin with..

the tein coilovers come with recomended settings for the car/system that you got.
unless you are talking about camber adjustment/toe and such, then you should
have an idea of what you want if you are ordering such a system, or you could
start with the stock settings and adjust from there
