Car ignition and steering wheel locked.

Car ignition and steering wheel locked.
I may as well say one different foundation for a situation such as this, as it happened to me once. Notwithstanding was altogether humiliating. I went out to one of my autos it was a Hyundai, put the crux in the ignition, and it could not turn. I could not resolve why the ignition could not turn.
