Ok, it's time for some good tires for my FD. I'm either going 225/50/16 (which is stock) or 245/45/16 (which is better). I need to know a good, grippy, and not so expensive tire to buy, and where to buy it. I was oing to get the AVS intermediates, but tirerack sold out of them. Which sucks, considering they were only 60 bucks a tire. If anyone knows where I can find some of those, that would be sweet. IF not, then what are some good tires for under $100 each in those sizes? Thanks.

I just bought BF Goodrich G Force TA KDW tires for my FD and I love them. I decided to go with 245/45/16, the only thing is that tirerack has them for $114 ea.It's a very good price, but just over what you want to spend. I really think it's worth it, also Tirerack did have the cheapest price and the shipping was super quick.

The first thing that goes through my mind when tires are mentioned is S03's. But, too expensive for you as you said. So, try the Ventus 102, it's 98 bucks from tires.com in the 245/45/16 ZR(duh). Or, you can go with the Falken Beta FK-451 for $98 also which is in the stock size and $118 in the 245/45. All that is from tires.com, check it out fool .LOL, go with the Falken, that's my recomendation, but remember, you get what you pay for.

AVS Intermediates - they're for sure sticky as you can get for street tires - good for autoxing tires as well.

Got information from No7Yet off of rx7club.com (Brandon Matthews) when I had asked him about good tires.

LOL @ Christi, I think that he is in no position to recomend tires for a 7. His UN says it all "NO7YET'. Okay, I'll stop the harassing.

Yeah, I just said that I wanted AVS int. but tirerack is sold out, and I don't know of anyone else who has them. They are discontinued.
