Bushing Question

When I replace the pillow ball bushings in the rear lower control arms and upper outer, do I need to replace the seals and washers or are they reusable?

depends on how careful you are getting them off. From my experience, they come off intact pretty easily, so you should be OK. Might want to order one or two just in case, since 10 year old rubber can get a little brittle....
