I am going to upgrade my rims on my future to be 3rd gen rx7, what is the largest diameter rim that would fit in the well and not rub on bumpy roads, as well as not kill my acceleration? Also, what is a good width for front and rears? 8" and 9" or more? Thanks

It really depends on if you're going to lower it.If your at stock hieght and plan to sty that way I've seen them online with 20's A guy I know has 18's on his and he could drop it 2" and still clear most objects.

i've seen mostly 8 1/2 & 9 1/2. but it would all depends on the offset of the wheel, the type/brand of suspension your using. if you really want to get techy with it. the brand of tires matter too. not just the size.
