Why dont you just hit up Apex'i? I doubt if anyone has that in a form they can e-mail to you.

Wich setting people use on these coilvoers? i means how many clicks the turn for street use?

i've installed these before. start off in the middle and adjust from there. either way coilovers are going to be a little annoying on the street
