for those times i see a 7 parked somewhere and have no paper, i finally made my own flyer. i'm still new at the photo editing software but i liked how it turned out.

the blank space is to write a customized message like:

"Cool FC!! blah, blah, blah" or

"Sweet rims! blah, blah" or

"Join us or die!"[vader voice]

don't worry about printing, i took it to Kinkos and asked for 50 on thick glossy stock. i'll give you a bunch. considering Tally, 50 will probably never run out.

patrick, are you on that list? i think you mentioned before that you used to be on it.

I'm on the list, it's been pretty dead ever since Holly moved away. Not that it matters to me, I live in Tampa, I just join all the SE lists to keep tabs on anything worthwile. I think I need to hook you guys up with some MRCCFL business cards.

Yeah, the new membership cars are pretty cool. Maybe a little too much color for me, but they're nice.

I'm talking about just the regular business cards I give away at meets and stuff to people who are just finding out about the club. I have a stack of about 100 still.

behold, the power of daflyer...i've only used 2 but one guy emailed me today. he's lookin' to get some work done on his '84. any recommendations on good shops in tally? i've had my 7 for only 1.5 years and haven't had to bring it in (yet). i've heard there's a good guy at furrin auto.

oh, and someone else told me they are POSITIVE they saw a 3rd gen rx7, red, tinted windows, yellow education plate, and a rear spoiler, multiple times on mahan. this is definitely not me or the other guy i know, Stuart. seems like there's a third vintage red fd in town.

lastly, how do you edit a post...i wanted to shrink the flyer jpg in message #1 above?

I think you have to get a mod to change the pic.

I'm not sure about any local shops for the 7; I've only had certain things done at the dealership (before I realized my own mechanical ability). But I have heard the Furrin Auto is a good place (but I don't know if they know rotaries).

cool

Patrick, i don't even know why i post stuff in SE. i should just pm you..LOL

it reminds me of Meet The Parents when Ben Stiller is trying to get on the plane but the airline lady won't let him. she uses the intercom like there's a terminal full of people listening but it's just Stiller.
