Yeah John, I want to know what's up with the RA seals. I heard that they are supposed to be better than what we use now. From what I understand they can stand up to detonation better than the regular 2mm stockers. Any truth to that? Do hurry up about sharing what you know. Laterz.

he knows about the pic, I only put it up because he was such an *** when he was drunk. And go ahead and "weld" the stick, whatever that means.

well i installed my F-CON today and now the car doesn't start.

i know its getting spark and lots of fuel cuz it smells of gas. what i think happened was that since the F-CON was set to 5 by the last owner, it flooded the motor and now it won't fire up.

i've tryed starting the car with the throttle wide open to de-flood it but it didn't work. the F-CON is now set to 0 so it shouldn't be adding any extra fuel. i took the spark plugs out and changed them but no luck. the trailing plug in the front housing had gas on it so its definately flooded.

what would be the best way to flush the gas out? would it do any good to let it sit all tonight then try tomorrow after work to try and start it?

thanks for any help.

Pull out your plugs and remove your EGI fuse. Crank the engine over for a good minute or so and then let it sit with the plugs still out for about an hour. This procedure has always worked for me with extremely flooded cars. If you don't have a fuel cut switch it may be worth wiring one in during the wait. Best of luck, I'm sure you'll get her started.

If you do that pull both the egi and egi comp fuse that way you will be completly safe. When I have had to do this, I have merely had to crank for about twenty seconds before she tried to turn over on me.
