Can I get a show of hands as to who is going to this event on Labor Day weekend? I will be there this year!

Where are you driving from? There will be a couple of convoys coming up from Florida.

 

hey newsman, as you know i have been thinking about it and now that i have a decent job i might be willing to go up for a day or two. is there any certain day to go? you know like on morosso the big event is on sunday. if my funds are in order by then i might be willing to go. the "Blue Thunder" has been running pretty good latly and i'm sure that she would love the time on the open road. to bad the black car isn't ready yet.

 

Hey '83! Well, it seems that the better day to go would be on Sunday. The Rotary Expo is on Sunday. If you leave Saturday morning, you'll get up there by Saturday evening. Sunday will be filled with activities. I'll be leaving Monday morning along with a lot of other people, since it is Labor Day. Should be a good drive back. Check out Mazda Sportscar Club of Washington's web site. There's a lot of information on what is going to be taking place. You may want to post your intentions on the Florida list. The president of the group will be happy to hear about an extra rotary making the drive up.
