oil pressures the easiest. is the wire connected at the motor? its really easy to bump it off, ive seen it plugged into the wrong place before too....

boost is a little harder, basically the boost guage is a 0-5v guage, and they hook it up to the boost sensor on the shock tower.

My oil pressure sending unit was bad when I got my car. The wire was attached but the gauge would read little or no pressure. A new sending unit fixed it right up. I think it was in the neighborhood of 50 bux. Your results may vary.

The oil pressure unit is located right on the side of the oil filter. (facing the top of the strut tower) ITs a tiny wire.
