Yeah they fucked up now. ******* *******!!!!

Nothing like keep charging my credit card after I had to contact them 3 times just to take to the head JACKASS! So they still keep charging my credit card.

Yeah I dont care if its for $37 bucks, but I will get it all back and some. Talking to my union lawyer tomorrow, filing with BBB, and will go as far as I have to to nail it to the little ****...

Just venting... haha thanks

I highly recommend NOT going to this gym, they will try to **** you in the *** later.

i really hope you get your money back and they get punished in some form. im tired of businesses trying to pull crap like this. i've had it happen a few times for different services i've asked to have cancelled. they make you go through all these hoops and talk to a ton of people before you can have it cancelled, then they're rude at the end because you actually decided to cancel "even though they could keep you subscribed at a discount rate!"

i got a new credit card last week and when i was activating it, he started talking about these different programs they offered (one at a time), and after each he would say "now let's just go ahead and set that up for you, ok?" and go silent, and it took me a minute that all he wanted was for me to say "ok" and he would activate the thing and charge X/month for the service. i said nothing but "no" until he finally said "ok your card is activated" and then hung up.
