I was driving to work today (in my Daily driver) on 280, There was mild traffic, something with a bike so i couldn't have been good.



Well anyways driving along with the music playing when i this *** in a volvo keeps honking at me while were stopping and going through traffic. So i turn down the radio and hear this clunking sound in the back of the civc. (91 hatch). So i pull over and get out. only to find that the muffler is just hanging there by the exhaust hangers. It was a strange scene. i was just kinda staring at it for a while saying WTF? to myself. ITS A DAMM HONDA! what happend to the stupid rep about these things not breaking! WTF! i was ripped off!



Also on a side note, one of my co workers offered me a proposition. He going to buy a 91 FC B package, for a straight trade for the civc. Its VERY tempting! i'm going to check out the rx-7 and so a compression test and the other usuals on monday.



OR just keep the civic and keep building up the current 7.

I was under the impression that the exhaust falls off all Civics, there can be no other explanation for all those cheap fart cannons can there?

Yea, damn Honda and their wear and tear items actually getting old and worn out after 16 years! My 88 mazda still has the original exhaust, gold plated straight up baller!
