Hi RE fans,
My name is Jeff. I'm new to the forums, but not new to rotaries. I've had a few rotary cars:
73 RX-3 w/ carbed 12a
87 GXL w/ basic bolt-on mods (exh, int, ign) and suspension
88 T2 w/ basic bolt-ons, suspension, lt flywheel, and boost controller
My current project is a 71 Datsun 510 w/ rotary power, of course:
13b streetported 4 port
hi compression rotors from a 90 FC3S
Weber 48ida w/ K&N filter
custom 3" exhaust w/ HKS muffler
Crane Hi-6 ignition (not installed, so this may change. reading everyone's opinions and experiences has given me a headache!)
C&R custom aluminum radiator
RB aluminum flywheel
Exedy clutch
coil over suspension all around
... and the list continues, but i wont bore you w/ the details.
i'm still in the middle of getting the engine put in, but i hope to post some pics on another thread in a couple of weeks when i get a chance.
