i need to know what can cause a strong exhaust smell when my car idles i changed the gaskets and its very strong outside and inside the car. u can also smell it when driving with the windows rolled up, if anyone know please help cause i tired of being dizzy from that exhaust smell .

A bad exhaust or manifold gasket.I used to have that problem till I put my header and new gasket on my 13b last year.No more dizzy spells.

 

Ive got to take care of that myself before I see another stop sign melt.

 

Im thinking that you could have an exhaust leak in your engine bay, probably from your header pipe, it could have a crack in it. Air is getting compressed in the engine bay as you drive, and going under the car and through any little hole you have in the fire wall going into the car.

 

Hmm, maybe that's my problem too. I get a LOT of heat coming out from under the car when I stop at lights. I'll put my hand out the window and it feels like its burning. Luckily the lights aren't too long otherwise i'd die from the fumes. Any donations for a RB exhaust?
