I need to add some side vents to get the hot air out from under the hood on the RX-Midget. How do you think these would look? Any other vents/louvers that you have links to that would look good?

They come in Stainless and in brushed Aluminum. The aluminum ones are cheaper and lighter



The car will have no other chrome or bright work on it except for the aluminum windshield frame that needs to be polished.



I was trying to find a set of fiberglass vents so they would be easier to bond and blend into the glass fenders, but I geuss the metal ones will work.



I found a cool electric remote trunk release yesterday at the junk yard with the keys in the lock, so I shaved off the trunk handle and lock. The new one will be electric and also have a hidden key lock under the car :smirk: I also have some small gas lift cylinders to use to pop the trunk lid up when it is opened. That will take some work to get right but it should be cool looking.

 

Shark Gills! Hell yeah!

 

Any vent besides shark gills! Every focking Honduh I see has them! Leave them to the BMW's where they had a bit of class before the ricers took them over.

Well they still look like shark gills. (literally) The honda ones look like guppy gills....and they are Z3 copies.

 

nope now that hot honda thing is the M's air ducts on the side with the single chrome bar going down the middle. ugh leave it on bmw it is so not lookin good on stupid hondas.
