Im looking to use a s-afc to control 850cc x 1000cc, think a safc can handle that?

Ive been waiting for my engine to go, and it finally blew up. The oil problem is some way directly related to a bad rear rotor. I have VERY low compression in the rear. Soooo... this means its time for a new engine! yay!
As for the 3 rotor, ive been looking into it even more and its still on my mind. However it seems like i can still get 500hp out of a 13b and still be somewhat reliable. If i could get my hands on a cheap 3 rotor in the next 2 weeks i will be all over it. If not, im going with some massive ports on a 13b.
I ask about the safc because i can get one for 200 bucks, and a stand alone is pretty pricey for right now, unless i can find a good deal. I dont want to spend over 1k on a ems right now.

The S-AFC works great with the stock fuel setup and an aftermarket fuel pressure regulator, but it doesn't change injector size...just injector duty. 5% of a 550cc injector is WAY different that 5% on a 1680cc injector.
