I can make some flanges at work one day.I want to fab another manifold as a side project.I plan on using either 1/4" or 3/8" steel. How thick is the RB flange?

Nope, just mild steel.

As long as we are on the topic, what thickness flange should I get? And does it matter what diameter primary runnersi go with when I have this flange made up?

thicker the better....less warpage. Also, get big runners.
