ok so i just put my car in the shop it is being ported j-port intake and bridege port exhaust i have the engine rebuilt with stronger seals. just would like to know what would be a nice set up for around 12psi

Bridgeporting is done on the intake ports, you said exhaust. Thats what confused me

well a J-port is a form of bridge porting, it's probably just a large ex port.. you'll need somthing big on the ex side like a q-trim 1.0 or around there.. what kind of HP are you looking for and when will the car be driven etc.. that'll help us to help you find the right turbo..

High to mid 11s requires nothing more than your stock twins and a mid-pipe. You want low 11s, high 10s.

damn tcb100 i did not relize how fast you can make them with such little effort yea what would i need for high 10's

somthing like a 1.15 p-trim or a 1.0 q-trim exaust wheel and a T66 or bigger compressor housing. If you have a enough fuel and the right driveline and drop a T76 on there you should be able to break in to the 9's

thanks dragon i will try to put me a kit together how much psi will i need to get into the 10's?
