Now I have a feeling that something is wrong with my flywheel.

Two symptoms:

1. Engine vibrates qute a bit (cannot get rid of vibration no matter what)

2. Brand new starter has trouble engaging (old starter had the same prob)

Whatdoyouthink ?

Is that something common ?

Thank you

Maybe the ring on the flywheel got moved or something causing it to be off balance . I don't know man, just a thought.

you may have ripped some teeth off of the starter gear on the edge of the fly wheel, this will throw **** off balance etc.. or your flywheel nut maybe comming loose... That would be really bad Ju Ju.. do you have a bellhousing scatter shield on your car? :stickpoke: I would pull the tranny and see what's up.. Just being off balance will kill your engine really quick, unless you don't like the bearings in your engine... and a messed up flywheel will take off your leg at 4,000 rpm...
