Could someone tell me the difference between a to4e turbo and a to4b turbo.

it has to do with the size of the compressor housing, lots of custom stuff has swapped wheels between turbos. 60-1 for instance is a to4b wheel, but you can put in in a to4e or to4s.

i have also wondered the differernce

is that still made by garrett?

there are some turbos made from garrett parts and alot of others made with parts from XS
