Does anyone know how much money it would cost to rebuild a TDo6H 20G turbine. I am pretty sure they sell a kit but would like any information I could get on it before starting........IGY you did this once if I remember.

The rebuild kit cost me something like $400 here in Okinawa. I think you can get the parts cheaper from the states.

Depends on where you go and what turbo you need rebuilt. Take the stock T2 turbo rebuild for example. It's around a few hundred bucks or so. But when you send then out for service and customizing is when they start getting pretty expensive.

That's $400 for parts only! If you want some one to rebuild it for you it costs $800-$1000 for non ball bearing turbos.

Yes, we do. To rebuild both of my turbos costs less than $200. It actually costs less to rebuild the 2 turbos that I have now(TO4S), than it did to rebuild the 1 big shaft turbo(67-1) I had before. Misubishi turbo parts are expensive, and that's why I quoted Ranzo a price for parts at first.

Hmmm well I guess I will check around and see who can get the parts for me but honestly I am not impressed with a 20G. I think with Higher boost it has some potential but the High Flow was more impressive.
