Why do you have two fuel pressure gauges? Was that last pic taken with the car running?

is a FPR really needed with a standalone?

There are a few who have made over 400rwhp on the stock fpr/rails/lines.



I believe he has a a fuel gauge for each rail. I could see that useful if they were used in a way that you could view playback on a setup with many large fuel injectors and stock/small bore fuel rails. And the chance of not having enough pump.



My opinon, thats way overkill, and totally not needed for what this car has for power or ever will.



P.S. Rob it looks like he is still on the stock ECU; afm is pictured.

If he is running dual pumps and dual feed lines, he can monitor the pressure each individual pump is putting out. With one single pressure on the FPR itself you cant discriminate between the two fuel pumps.

Both of those ports on the FPR are hooked together, that's why I asked why he is running 2 gauges. I guess you can watch them both and take the average between the two.

no, but it is needed with higher boost/larger flow. the stock fpr stops raising psi around 10+ psi.
