a friend of mine who owns a 93 fd has experienced problems with the twins.so he decided to try the single turbo way.he ordered a custom-made exhaust manifold to fit the T04 turbo on it.he finished the modification and so we got out on the street to have a test drive.the results were disapointing.the turbo used to start pushing at around 4000rpm and reached the max boost(10psi) at about 5500rpm.there was also a lack of power through all the rpm band and the car is now slower.the engine is stock all around except the turbo.what do you thing is the problem(s)?

is it possible for a 13bt(even for turboII) to rev a turbo of the T04 size enough to make it work properly?

that's dependent up on what you want the car to do. What type of racing will you be using it in, and how many miles do you drive her per year i.e. is this car your daily driver?...

Wargasm in the other forum uses a T04 you may want to contact him . He is super smart and really friendly. He may be able to help you out. He spends alot of time in the NE and 3rd gen .

Somethings wrong with that set up, a proper set up should net you 300+ easy. with street port......etc. you could take that to a little over 400+.
