I had the same sound because I raised my idle to compensate for the A/C compressor. Well I put it 1000 or a little more and it would idle, stutter, idle, stutter especially when engaged in a gear but with the clutch in( like at a light). I finally put it back down to the 750-800 RPM area and it went a way. I must assume that just turning the manifold screw by the throttle body cable is not the only thing you do.You must make other adjustments. If your stuff is stock everyon says usually its a vacume leak in that case use carb cleaner on a cold motor, start it and spray around to see if you can find an intake leak.
