Does anyone know where I can find a down pipe that is larger than the traditional 3" I.D to be used with a HKS T51 R Kai turbo on a FD???? ...I'm thinking 3.75"

Does anyone know someone who can custom make such a DP ? ..and have it Jet Hot coated too.

I am not using cats ...none.

TIA,

3rdGen7

You can just buy the straight pipes and bends, cut them to size, and have them welded together. Nobody is going to have one ready made for that turbo kit, except for whatever HKS gives you.

Agree with Ace...you're going to have to make your own custom DP for anything above 3". There are plenty of metal supply shops and diesel repair places that can supply premade bends for whatever size you need.

There's a guy out here who I'm trying to help get a 4" DP made for the same turbo. If you're interested in 4" we may be able to make an extra.

Tony from T&R is looking for one. 3rdGen7 already has one, but he's trying to help him find one. I think that I'm going to buy that T-76, but if I wanted to use it on my car I'd have to modify it. The A/R is kind of high for me: 1.08. I don't think it will work with my manifold, but I can just make a new one now that I have my welder. I'm still not too good with it so I'd just weld it so that it stays together and bring it to someone I know to finish.
