Does anyone know of a single turbo kit that keeps the smog pump. I have to deal with emisions in my state. Also does anyone know of a good tuning shop for 3rd gens near northwest Indiana.

the apexi rx6 kit keeps the smog pump. but when you buy it make sure you order the right kit. i have a different model rx6 and it removes the smog pump. i think there are some others but i dont remember.

Yep, the new apexi rx6 kit retains the smog pump.

But wouldn't just having a single turbo, not make it emissions legal? Its gotta be hard for some big hp car to pass emissions...

hks has exemptions for some of their turbo kits, so they are actually legal on paper

If they do a visual test then you're in trouble...sometimes.
