I know this is a old thread but, I just upgraded my pump to a 100psi one through coolingmist.com. What a differance in spray pattern. Lot more consistant. With my old pump I ran two 3.5gph misters then ugraded one to 6gph. Both nozzles are rated at 40psi. Now with the new pump I am wondering if the nozzle size are going to be to much. I guess I will find out this weekend.

What size nozzles are you guys running? gph at psi.

I use a pair of Aquamist 0.9mm nozzles with a pair of HSV's (water injectors) , I have mine running on a separate 3D map . the first nozzle is set to come on at 8 psi and the second at 15 psi , both are controlled via the same map.
