is the s4 stock turbo have the same exhaust flange as a t04?

and if not what other turbo does

None that I know of.

I THINK(dk for sure) the S5 manifold may be a T4 style flange. The s4 has one bolt that is offset and it is not an industry standard.

s5 kinda looks like a t04, but its not. its actually bigger.
