Okay, I searched and couldn't get a clear answer.

I have a single turbo

HKS GT Racing external Wastegate

Profec B (original)

The Wastegae has two nipples on the side,

(A) one above the diaphragm

(B) one below the diaphragm

The profec B has three lines.

© back of the profec B unit itself.

(D) Solenoid Motor "in"

(E) Solenoid Motor "out"

Then there's..

(F) the nipple on the Turbo itself.

(G) Intake Manifold, where I get a boost reference line for the RRFPR (No Vacuum)

(H) Intake Manifold, where I get a boost/vacuum reference line for the Boost Gauge, and the vacuum for the brakes.

Can someone explain how they connect exactly?

(B) to (E),

© to (G), etc.?

Thanks in advance..

Back of profec B get hooked to Boost Referance point on the intake manifold.

The side port (closest to the turbo) of the External WG gets hooked to the intake manifold too for referance pressure.

The IN side of the soleniod motor gets connected to the I/C pipe right after the turbo.

The OUT side of the soloniod motor gets conected to the end port of the external W/G (fartest from turbo) .

Hope that helps.

I used these diagrams:

I want to thank you. I just realized I had mine hooked up wrong. No wonder I have been having so many boost issues.

should've gotten the apexi avcr and be done with it

on a side note... i'm loving my greddy mechanical 60 mm gauage, much more accurate then the greddy 60 mm electronic that took a crap.

the vac is actually correct and actually responds fast.

I drove mine on Saturday, got some bugs worked out.

Drove it today, got some boost under me. The car feels like a freaking ANIMAL at 12PSI. 17PSI is insane.. It just roasts the tires any time I mash the throttle in 3rd.

I am in love...

Gauges are working, EGT gauge is not.

I need to place a bead around the IC pipes, as one of them keeps blowing off at >than 10PSI.

Will try again on X-Mas day, re-jet the secondary air bleeds, and try some more.

There is some very un-Florida like cool weather which is screwing with my wideband readings.

I can't complain though, the car is amazing, Mazda shoud've made them (turbo FB's) available to the U.S.
