Just by a kit! I put together a t-88 kit and you would be suprised how much the small stuff costs. The turbo, manifold and wastegate were all easy. It is when you get to fittings, oil lines, block off plates, and downpipe....... it gets expensive. Most of the smaller things you can't get used. I saw a T78 kit yesterday FULL KIT, granted as mentioned some of those small fitings I would get new anyway, but it was $1200. and in good condition

$1200 for a used T78? how often do you see those? do you buy them from people in Japan and sell them to people on here? cause I'd be interested in a used T78 kit for $1000-$1500. Would there be any fitment problems for USDM cars?
