How loud would the bridge be with a nice turbo, say t51

~110dbs (I'm guessing) (remember, dbs increase with logarithms, for you math guys)

No, i do, im working on my turbo FC. Its off the road right now so i dont have to pay for insurance, etc. Im just asking alot of questions because i like to know as much as i can. Some of the things might seem far fetched, but i dont back out on plans. Chances of me running the PP turbo is more than likely not going to happen, but i just wanted to know the success, stats, etc of running that kind of setup. People seem to reccomend the bridge, and last night i heard my first brisge up close in person and i absoulutely loved it. I do plan on having at least one spare engine, and i will most likely have one bridged and the other one with a large street port. I want to use the street ported one first, use a decent turbo which might now be a T04B with a 1.15 turbine A/R and a compressor side of 60, P trim, divided housing and since its a garret turbo, i can always make it bigger. If i dont go with that, itll probly be a full T4 turbo, and ill go from there. I dont know if i should or even could go with the kind of power of the T51 because im not sure if the 13BT would hold that much power being that i heard when you start going higher, the housings etc wont hadle it. I was planning on using the street ported 13BT with this setup for a little while, then maybe moving to an 13BREW and using a much bigger turbo. I just wish i knew a way for the 13BT to hold that kind of power because the REW swap seems like its gonna be more than what its worth. If you guys know any ways, please let me know.

do you? no...shut up

dude a PP like everyone else has said is rediculous as a street car....like - its track car material....i mean you can bring it on the street every once in a while

but dont ever expect something like - hey lets go to get some groceries in my PP --- ull most than likely have it pop on the way

That is totally untrue , A bridge port , or pp could be streetable , it all depends on the individual and how big your NUTS are, I myself drive a half bridged 7 with a T51 turbo (1.22a/rturbine ) as a daily driver and its completely streetable . https://www.nopistons.com/forums/pub...1047683473.gif
