OK so here is the deal. Car was fine when I put away in october. Installed new boost controller and took her for a ride today. I had it set at 10psi went to 16. Had it set to 0psi spiked 22psi!! turned boost controller off was climbing up to 15 when I let off the gas(10psi spring). I was going to try and elimnating the boost controller and hooking up hoses direct, but just got annoyed and parked the car.

Now I am 10000% sure the hoses and wiring is hooked up correctly. I'm thinking one of the 2 hoses to the WG melted, or the WG is stuck. Only problem is that I swear I hear it open(it wents to the street)

anyone? bueller?

Makes sure the hoses aren't busted. Maybe try using just the wastegate with the spring, and then hook the boost controller back up.

have you tried pulling the vac hose from the boost controller to the top of the mushroom part of the wastegate? should get 10lbs, a leak on the hose from the nipple on the side of the wastegate will cause spiking too. right?

yeah hook the nipple on the side to manifold. It will run off the wastegate spring then.
