While changing the rubber boot on the plastic duct between the turbo and the intercooler on my 92 I noticed a little oil in the turbo outlet. The boot was split and leaking. Should I be concerned about the oil? It runs fine and doesn't smoke. TIA

That's normal. Don't worry unless you start losing oil and/or start smoking.
