We've been listening to all you guys out there who want a little more power so this is what we've come up with, what we've done is taken everything we've learned with the 35/40 and made something we think will be even better. This turbo should provide almost identical response to the 35/40 but we're looking at making around 50hp more at similar boost levels, those are conservative #'s, there is a great chance we will see more. The new turbos are going to be called GT70R's, They are a garrett based turbo and use garrett parts. These will be available very shortly. If you have any questions you can call or email the shop.

Hmm interesting. Are there any details about the turbo size and setup that will allow it to be just as responsive as the gt35/40 and provide more power at street boost levels that you can reveal now?

Oh I didn't read between the lines, "The new turbos are going to be called GT70R's". I was hoping this was going to be a single turbo. Though 50 more HP at the same boost levels is tempting......

I think he hopes to sell more than one. Hence the plural usage https://www.nopistons.com/forums/pub...#>/biggrin.png

But hey check out the price on those turbo's.....i'll take 5 kits!! |
Well I was wrong, the a-spec twin kit is either made up of gt25's or gt28's.

I can tell you that it will be a garrett GT full ball bearing center section, and it will use garrett turbine and compressor components, it will also be similar in size to the 35/40. My goal was to get another 40-50hp at as close to 35/40 performance as possible.

Post more info Sean!!!!!!!!!!!
