Well a to4e would get you in the 400rwhp range with 17-18psi and be a little more responsive than the t04s. Let me see if I can find some turbo specs......

dont like the E just sounds so puny to the S...heheh

oops almost forgot to mention...when im older and RICHER i plan to turn up the boost and see what she really can do--24-5 psi

my previous and near purchase was the gt 35/40, and was planning on racing her like vosko (but faster 18/25+ street/track psi ) i mean it almost feels like a waste of the ports, but hey i can live with a little lag for more top end...i hear a 60-1 is what i want... any ideas?

is the t04s a 60-1?? **** for all i knwo abt these ****** cars u think i would know turbos...

A to4S and 60-1 are basically the same turbo, the only diffrence is how they make the back side of the compressor wheel so you can't use the 60-1 wheel in the S to over haul it unless you buy the back plate to go with it... I think you'd be happy with a 60-1 A/R 70 compressor and A/R 1.0 exaust with a P-Trim shaft.. That turbo should get you around 420-450 at 15-18 psi and 500 when you turn up the boost later on if your port is good... You may find your self needing a little more fuel in the future if you do boost over 18 psi...

P trim is the size of the exaust wheel, I would recommend Q-trim if you were going to run a large bridge port, but the P trim will be much nicer on the street. The A/R 1.0 exaust will be better because the boost will come on sooner and give you a much better power band where as the 1.15 will be more likely to produce it's power top end causing you too loose tork and hp in the midrange where you need it for everyday driving.. You can also run in to the problem of the A/R 1.15 housing not fitting in the space provided by the manifold, I know that the 1.15 will not fit on my HKS manifold because it will hit the lower intake...

I have a T04s i may part with. I was going to use it but I think I want something bigger like a t66:yum:

Maybe Dragon can chime in here and give me some ideas.

My turbo needs a rebuild due to some (.080") shaft play. Shoot me a PM if you are interested.

Well when I had my To4R apart recently we measured it in at 66.8mm inducer and 84mm exducer... :bigthumg: or you could go with somthing slightly bigger like a T-68 from Turbonetics...
