I have recently come into possession of a strange turbo. the previous owner knows nothing about it, so i am turning to the experts to find out the specifications of this turbo.

The compressor housing is marked with the following

DSM-EVO III

TO4B

serial #

The turbine is stamped with the 1.15 A/R

Would there be a way based on the serial number to find out more specifications of this turbo? What else should I be looking for to find out what kind of compressor wheel is on this thing?

I dont really plan on using this turbo in any setup, but I really need to know what it is before I sell it or i may very well find use for it on one of my cars.

I can post some pics if needed later today

You need to pull the housings off and measure the inducer and exducer of each wheel...
