Heres the deal I own an 82 fb. 12a street port with low miles I wana run a blow through turbo set up or carbuerated turbo. I already have a R.B. intake a 600cfm holley singel feeed holley red pump full R.B. exghaust which I'm pretty sure I wont need any more. I got a tight tranny out of a gsl-se act clutch and a gsl rear with gsl-se guts. I want to run mid to low 13's. I think thats being pretty conservative. The turbo that I have is a stock turbo II turbo which is in good shape no play in or out on the impellers. I found a 12a turbo manifold but I havent bought it yet? I'm trying to do this as cost effective as possible. butI wanna do it right. I'd really like to hear from the dude from rotary shacki know he kicks aroud this fourm. ok so heres my list of questions.

1) What cfm carb should I use and jet sizes

2) What intercooler should I use

3) I'm assuming singel 3" exghaust

4) fuel pump how many psi

5) reccomended blow of valve if nessisary

6) Locked dizzy how hard is it to modify

1) What cfm carb should I use and jet sizes

600 or 650 should be plenty, your going to have to jet it, get a o2 meter also

2) What intercooler should I use

i am running 10 psi no intercooler

3) I'm assuming singel 3" exghaust

i have a 3 1/2 dump pipe out the turbo

4) fuel pump how many psi

with a carb if blow through you will need 5 to 7 psi and add pressure with boost 1 to 1 ratio, fuel pressure need to be higher than boost

5) reccomended blow of valve if nessisary

none here

6) Locked dizzy how hard is it to modify

locked out by welding the weights shut

hope that helps

you need a regulator that adds fuel pressure as boost goes up, usually a 1 to 1 ratio. and a fuel pump that can do 5 psi to at least 20 psi. never ran my motor yet, it might run this weekend. 300 rwhp would be good ! 1200 pound car
