whats your best 1/4mile time?

 

Well, thats kinda funny you ask....lol.....I havn't raced in over 2yrs., so to say I have cobwebs would be an understatement!

First pass, I missed 4th gear...(don't know how....lol) 2nd pass I was pissed so I speed shifted. Well, that worked till I tried speed shifting 4th gear and slammed it into REVERSE at the top of 3rd gear! At this time I thought I was either dead or my tranny was in parts, but I got lucky because it must have not engaged because all gears worked. 3rd and final pass I spun my *** off out of the hole, short shifted every gear as well as granny shifted just so I could actually make a full pass and I went 10.7@133mph at 25psi.

Now, the mph was low becuase I short shifted and the car came totally out of boost as well as a horrible 60', so with more seat time, suspension tweaking and new slicks it should click off a low 10sec pass on 25psi. Now at 30psi, who knows, we havn't tuned for it yet because when we turned it that high, my clutch slipped, so stay tuned!

I'll ask around and see if anyone I know has a video camera. I took it out last night. It hits 10psi by 3800rpms, 15psi by 4500, and 25psi by 4800rpms! I took it out on the streets with C16...lol...

 

C16 is the ****, i dont use regular gas anymore

 

Local guy is running a GT42 on his Talon. Really good looking turbo.



Nice setup man. Things should get interesting once the boost is raised..

 

How available is it in MD? I'm trying to go there once Okinawa is done.
