Try atp http://atpturbo.bigstep.com/category.html?...53720%7C1254409
Either you can get the bends and coupler the hell out of it , or if you can get them a mechdesktop/inventor or solids modeling of what you are looking for, they told me they could do a compound two bent pipe for around $50.
Not to bad I think
Give them a try just make sure you ask for the guy who is going to actually bend the stuff as it seams he is the only one with a brain there.

Sometimes you have to reinvent yourself. Go to home depot and get some of the flexi pipe for ventilation so you can mock up your design. Get the closes diameter you want to use Get the stuff that's sturdy enought so it can hold shape. Stuff should not cost more than 12 or 15 bucks.
You can use that to mock up your design and get the right length and and bends. The go to http://burnsstainless.com/ and order the pipe with the bends you need. Cut them up and have them welded together by someone that can solder aluminum. You can use steel, is cheaper but heavier.
Just an idea.

ya but it was real easy to fab something that was close because the stock pipes fit almost perfectly with a small aluminum spacer
