well i looked at the timing and it was just flat after 3500rpms, 20+degrees

Ran a 87 n/a motor with the 9.4 rotors. Port matched the turboII LIM to the n/a motor. The turbo was a T3 60-1 .82 a/r stage III wheel from cheapturbo.com. 19-21 psi. Home made water/air intercooler. The combination of the "small" turbine and the 9.4 rotors made for very good throttle response. After seeing it run at the track people thought I was spraying. This setup had good top end also. 125mph in the 1/4. car weight was 2720lbs. Ran this set up for 6 months with allot of passes at the track. Now running a 87 turboII motor that is bridged on the secondary and ported up on the primary and secondary ports, exhaust was also ported down only. Tubo is a T66 with .96 a.r P-trim. 20-22psi. Thinking of going to .81 a/r to get some of the throttle response back or replacing the rotors with n/a ones. The top end feels stronger but only yielded 3 mph more in the 1/4. Did not get a chance to dyno tune this set up. (moved). I feel this setup would have gone 132mph + or - if tuned. My next motor will have the 9.4 rotors, turboII middle plate, n/a front and rear plates, turboII housing and port the two end plates to where there is only one big port. The second set up was better for the track but the first set up was allot better for the street.

I'll never build/buy a motor with low comp rotors, I think having low comp rotors is just a band aid solution to poor tuning/setup.

yah, we have a decent fuel map but the timing was just haltech base map over 3500, i fixed it is good now
