Just so you guys know. You gennerally want to get race gas out of a drum as opposed to the pump. Vented in ground tanks cause the octane to drop significantly as time goes on.

theres also a ammoco in phillipsburg thats sells 110 octane at the pump. also i used to fill up my moped and dirtbikes at the solberg airport near my house in readington NJ. their jet fuel was 110 i think.

How long do you suppose before his secret can be reveiled anyways? Has it actually been a proven success, or are you guys sorta the guinni pigs? Sounds cool though.

no it is proven. he's done it on about 60 cars already. he runs them on the dyno without a worry. hasn't blown a motor since he started doing it.

it should be out soon enough... can't say exactly when though. he's in the process of patenting it. he says he has them made up for sale but it relies so much on the way it's installed and tuned that he can't just let anybody do it by themselves yet.if it's done wrong of course the engine will blow and it will definately be blamed on the mod. i do know there is a guy on the other forum from the west coast in contact with him pushing to get it released as soon as possible.

whats good is that when you talk to skip about the way your car will run he says it will run perfectly and will not blow another motor due to detonation.. and he says it with the utmost confidence.

if anybody is within distance to do him i highly recommend calling skip and talking to him. he's a gentlemen and will answer all your questions as long as you don't ask him what it is. lol lol

I'm kinda curious as to how much boost he is figuring this secret mod is good for? This isn't a V8 swap is it? Muahaha
